The questions worth asking.
Everything else, in plain terms. Still wondering something? Ask us.
How do I get to Outpost?
We collect every guest from the nearest train station and bring you the rest of the way. Once you arrive, you won't need to travel anywhere — everything is on site.
When are the next openings?
Our first cohorts open in Spring 2026. Joining the waitlist is the way to hear about dates before anyone else, and to reserve a place.
What's the food like?
Three meals a day, cooked for you from good, simple ingredients. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book and we'll take care of the rest.
Is the wifi actually reliable?
Yes. Remote doesn't mean disconnected — there's fast, stable wifi throughout, because the work usually needs it.
Can I come with collaborators?
Yes. We arrange bespoke group residencies for teams and pairs — get in touch and we'll tailor a stay around what you're making.
What should I bring?
Just the work, and clothes for weather that changes its mind. Notebooks, whiteboards, stationery and materials are all here.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change. Cancel up to four weeks before your stay for a full refund; nearer the date we'll do our best to move you to another.
Is any kind of project welcome?
A novel, a startup, a thesis, an album, a plan you've been avoiding — if it's yours and it matters to you, it belongs here.
Is Outpost accessible?
Some of our buildings are more accessible than others. Tell us what you need and we'll be honest about which stays will work for you.
